SPEAKING PROGRAMS

Keynote Tailored to Your Industry

Every keynote is customized to reflect your organization, your people, and what you want them to walk away with — and built around clear outcomes so you can measure impact and build on the experience.

MOST REQUESTED

The Balancing Act: Corporate Edition

Your highest performers are not burning out because they lack commitment. They are burning out because of it — and nobody ever taught them how to sustain it.

This keynote is for the leaders, managers, and professionals who give everything to the work they care about — and the organizations that depend on them doing it without running dry. Through humor, honest personal storytelling, and grounded practical strategies, Austin addresses the habits and patterns that quietly erode performance, relationships, and retention in high-achieving teams.

This is not a session about wellness as a perk. It is a direct, energizing conversation about what sustainable high performance actually looks like — and what it costs when organizations do not invest in it. Because burnout is not a personal failing. It is a culture problem. And the culture starts to change the moment someone names what is actually happening.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Participants leave knowing how to

  • Recognize the habits and patterns that lead to burnout in high-performance environments — and understand why cultures that produce great results so often accelerate them

  • Identify behavioral patterns — in themselves and on their teams — that quietly drive unsustainable work

  • Develop person-first practices that protect personal wellbeing without sacrificing professional commitment or performance

  • Build practical strategies for setting limits, delegating with intention, and modeling sustainable leadership for the people they lead

  • Leave with a concrete personal commitment for showing up differently — for themselves and for their teams

WORKS WELL FOR

Leadership summits, company all-hands, manager cohort programs, sales conferences, HR and L&D conferences, and corporate retreats

CASE STUDY

Customer Success Team
ParTech & Data Central

The Problems & Goals

The Customer Success Team at PAR wanted an experience that would strengthen their remote connections, provide meaningful leadership development, and foster stronger communication.

Their desired goals included:

  • A greater connection among team members

  • A stronger understanding of one’s individual communication style

  • An understanding of how to apply one’s communication style and communicate more effectively throughout the workplace

The Solution

Through a structures discovery and intake process, Austin and the leadership at ParTech & Data Central worked together to bring their goals to life.

We created a customized version of the “Say What You Mean” Workshop, that blended team building with tools to explore communication and conflict styles — and demonstrated how to apply that knowledge across PAR and with their client partners. We ensured to increase the amount of team building exercises to better facilitate relationship building that often struggles in a remote environment.

The Results

The on-site workshop and time together with Austin received rave reviews, increased sense of belonging among team members, and provided meaningful application to their day-to-day work as customer facing professionals. Much of the humor from the program became running jokes throughout the week, signaling great connection.

Words from the Team Leader:

"I cannot say enough good things about the content that was delivered, nor the way it was delivered. Austin's organization, communication, and presentation skills made his time with us one of the most talked about events our company participated in during our time together over those few days.”

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

Programs for Teams and Leaders Doing the Good Work and Ready to Grow

Every workshop is fully interactive and designed so participants leave with practical tools they can use immediately — not just a good feeling about the day. Programs are available as standalone sessions, half-day experiences, or full-day formats depending on your goals and team size.

WORKSHOP OR RETREAT → STRATEGIC PLANNING

Charting the Course

Strategic planning works best when the whole team is in the room — and everyone leaves with the same map. This workshop helps leadership teams and organizations align around a shared direction and build a roadmap they are genuinely committed to.

Whether you are entering a new planning cycle, navigating a leadership transition, building momentum after a reorganization, or simply trying to get your leadership team aligned — Charting the Course gives you the structure to clarify priorities, reconnect with purpose, and leave with a roadmap your whole team helped build.

The outcome is not a document. It is a team that knows where it is going, why it is going there, and what each person's role is in getting there.

    • Pre-work intake to understand your team's current state, priorities, and goals

    • Facilitated team building, skill development programming, and planning sessions

    • Goal-setting and priority alignment across the team

    • Team culture and norms conversation

    • Strategic roadmap with clear ownership and decision-making structures

    • Post-session debrief and follow-up summary

  • STAFF LEAVE KNOWING HOW TO:

    • Clarify your team's mission, values, and strategic priorities in language everyone can use and act on

    • Identify your highest-impact goals and the specific actions that will move the needle

    • Build alignment across your leadership team around roles, responsibilities, and shared commitments

    • Leave with a working strategic roadmap your whole team helped create and is invested in following

  • Audience: Leadership teams, management cohorts, executive teams

Works well for: Annual planning retreats, Q1 kickoffs, post-reorg alignment sessions, leadership transitions

WORKSHOP → TEAM DYNAMICS

Lead with Trust

High-performing teams are built on trust — and trust is built intentionally. This workshop gives leaders and teams a shared framework for creating environments where people feel genuinely safe to speak up, take risks, and bring their full selves to work.

Psychological safety is not a buzzword. It is the measurable condition that makes real innovation, honest communication, and meaningful collaboration possible on any team. Lead with Trust gives your team the language and the tools to honestly assess where they are — and build from there.

Participants leave with a concrete understanding of what builds and erodes trust on their specific team, and an action plan they can implement right away.

  • STAFF LEAVE KNOWING HOW TO:

    • Understand what psychological safety is — and what it isn't — and why it matters for team performance

    • Assess your team's current trust dynamics with honesty and specificity

    • Identify the behaviors that build — and quietly erode — trust on your team over time

    • Create a concrete action plan for strengthening your team's culture starting now

  • Audience: Leadership teams, managers, intact teams, people and culture leaders

Works well for: Team offsites, manager development programs, culture initiatives, new team formation

WORKSHOP → TEAM DYNAMICS

Say What You Mean

Great communication is more than choosing the right words — it's about knowing your style, reading the room, and making sure your message actually lands. This workshop helps teams develop a shared language and the practical skills to use it.

Say What You Mean is an interactive workshop exploring how communication styles shape team dynamics, relationships, and results. Whether your team is navigating change, building trust across departments, or simply trying to collaborate more effectively — clearer communication is the foundation of all of it.

Participants leave with a shared language, a better understanding of how their teammates communicate, and practical tools they can apply from the very next conversation.

  • STAFF LEAVE KNOWING HOW TO:

    • Identify your personal communication style and how it shapes your team relationships and leadership presence

    • Recognize and adapt to the five communication styles that show up on every team

    • Navigate conflict and difficult conversations with more confidence and less friction

    • Build stronger professional relationships through intentional, clear dialogue

  • Audience: Leadership teams, managers, cross-functional teams, individual contributors

Works well for: Offsites, team development days, manager cohorts, all-hands workshops
