FACILITATION & CURRICULUM SERVICES

Bringing in a dynamic and trained facilitator can elevate what was maybe once a simple training or retreat into an engaging, collaborative and thought-provoking experience. Facilitators can specifically design their program to meet your organization’s goals, desired learning outcomes, or targeted learning areas. They are able to bring in outside perspectives to challenge the status quo or provide new insight into trends and changes.

Austin pairs his expert-level facilitation skills with his immense training in instructional design and learning style integration to deliver programs that inspire curiosity and prepare leaders for success.

TYPES OF SERVICES

Facilitating Your Curriculum/Programs - Have Austin facilitate your organization’s training and development curriculum. This provides a new and fresh voice to your organization’s learning, plus Austin can integrate his own experiences into the topics covered.

Austin Designed Content - Whether it be a workshop, multi-day retreat, or customized curriculum, Austin can pair his expertise with your goals to deliver content around a specific topic or series of topics (see topic library below), infusing your organizational culture, values, and mission.

LENGTH OF TIME

For facilitating your content, we work with what you have designed to create a schedule!

For content created by Austin, typical time frames include:

  • Topic-Based Workshop: 45 - 90 minutes

  • Half-Day Retreat: 4 hours

  • Full-Day Retreat: 8 hours

  • Multi-Day Retreat: Dependent on client need

NOTE: Length of time may vary based on your goals, combination of topics, and the delivery method you prefer.

Delivery Methods

  • In-Person Program - at your organization’s desired training space

  • Virtual Program - utilizing Zoom or your organization’s preferred virtual meeting provider
